To Schedule a visit from Santa Mike

Santa will arrive wearing standard Holiday Santa Clothing unless otherwise arranged.  Due to the warm nature of Santa's suit, it is necessary that the location of the appearance be as cool and comfortable as possible.  If the appearance is indoors, or in a warm environment, a fan for Santa and periodic breaks will be welcomed.  

Santa will normally arrive fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled start of the visit unless otherwise stipulated.  Depending upon his schedule, it may NOT BE POSSIBLE for Santa to extend the visit time.  It is assumed that visits will be indoors, or in a sheltered location, or that arrangements have been made if held outdoors, so the even will not be cancelled because of inclement weather.  Remember, any cancellation with less than a 7-day notice will result in the total amount of the event cost being due.

The event host agrees to provide a sturdy chair for Santa to use during the visit.  Santa will not be responsible for damage to said chair that may occur during the visit, so select it accordingly.

Santa does not furnish presents to the children/individuals visited, but is happy to distribute any presents you may provide.  Remember, Santa's sack only holds about 30 gallons of volume.  Ribbons are beautiful, but do not fare well in the sack.  Santa prefers packages to be wrapped, without ribbons or bows, and CLEARLY marked with the name of the recipient.  Unsealed gift bags have a way of spilling and becoming mixed in the bag, so PLEASE do not use them.

Any and all photographs or videos taken of Santa, whether by individuals or private photographers, are assumed to be taken for private or personal use of the client(s) and/or guests only.  They may NOT be used for commercial or promotional use without written permission of Santa Michael Womer.  

Santa will work with you to obtain the best possible photographs and/or videography.  He appreciates assistance in organizing and controlling the children/individuals visited as well as with helping them onto and off of his location.

The total event cost will be prepaid, or due at the time of the visit unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  Payment may be made in cash, check, or by credit card.  Should it become necessary for the client to cancel this booking, a cancellation fee may be charged as follows:

• For cancellations more than 61 days before the event, NO CHARGE will be made.
• For cancellations made between 31 and 60 days before the event, 50% of the initial one-hour charge will be due.
• For cancellations between 7 and 30 days before the event, the FULL AMOUNT of the one-hour charge will be due.
• For bookings cancelled with fewer than 7 days before the event, the ENTIRE EVENT COST will be due.

All corporate, or special event visits require a MINIMUM of a one-hour booking.  Santa can only commit to the time booked, so if there are too many individuals to visit during the time booked, some may not have a high-quality visit.  

Home visits, or visits with fewer than six (6) children/individuals may be scheduled in 30-minute sessions, and charged accordingly.

It is best to contact Santa directly to make any special arrangements.  Non-profit and no-charge and reduced-charge visits are done as time permits.
