Fees & Charges

Cancellation

NOTE: Any booked visit MAY incur a cancellation fee if cancelled fewer than 7 days before the event. Santa reserves the right to charge this fee in accordance to the reason(s) communicated for the cancellation.

Home Visit $75 per 30 minutes

Home visits normally last 30 minutes or less during which time Santa will be able to visit with six or fewer children. Any visit involving six to twelve children may require a one-hour visit. Any visit involving more than twelve children / individuals will be considered a Special Event and must be booked accordingly.

Private Special Event $175 per hour

All private special event visits require a MINIMUM of a one-hour booking. Santa can only commit to the time booked. Additional time will be booked at a reduced rate of $150 per hour.

Company / Retail / Other $250/$200

All company, retail or other events in which the attendee is NOT charged to attend will require a MINIMUM of a one-hour booking at the rate of $250. Any additional hours for the same date, to extend the visit may be booked at the rate of $200.

Commercial Event (Attendees Charged) $350/$250 per hour

Any event in which the attendee is charged to enter may be considered a commercial event and will be charged accordingly at the rate of $350 for the first hour, and $250 for each additional hour.

Non-Profits $50 per hour

Santa will visit your non-profit and visit with children / individuals at your location. He reserves the right to adjust or waive the fee as the situation warrants.

Other Appearances $50-$500

Santa Mike understands that many requests for appearances may not fall within the above listings. He is always willing to visit malls, parades, or attend photography sessions among other events. Each request will be considered and any fee charged will be made at the time of agreement.
